We are hoping to attract a diverse range of vendors to the Juneteenth Festival Hinesville GA, including: Merchandise & Artisan Vendors, Food & Beverage Vendors, Informational & Community Resource Vendors, and Interactive & Family-Friendly Vendors.

Vendor Information & Fees
Here's what you need to know before applying:
Fees
- Merchant-Artisans: $50/ $75 With Electricity
- Food Vendors: (carts, trucks, tents) $125
- Entertainment Vendor/Activity Provider (Gaming Truck, Bounce House, etc) $125
Nonprofit Vendor Policy
Nonprofit organizations are welcome to join us as vendors for a reduced rate of $25. However, this fee may be waived if your organization is:
- Providing a free service or activity to festival attendees (e.g., health screenings, educational demonstrations, interactive programming), or
- Distributing free promotional items or giveaways ("swag") that benefit the community.
We value the role nonprofits play in uplifting and supporting our community, and this policy is designed to ensure meaningful engagement while maintaining fairness and accessibility for all participants.
Deadline for vendor fees is June 1, 2025.
